The backpack was delivered quickly. I didn't like the color or the material. Customer service responded very quickly and made me an offer. The process was very quick and uncomplicated.

The Urban Daypack looked and felt great in person. It was just a bit smaller as expected and I received a unit with a small quality issue, which is why I didn’t want to keep it. Support was very helpful in the refund process. I would definitely consider buying from Mopak again, when they have a product that sparks my interest. Value to price ratio is very good.

When I received the backpack, I almost returned it. It is smaller than I expected and not what I usually go for in terms of practicality or storage design. I decided to persist with it and I’m glad that I did. The overall quality and look of the bag is 5*, you are getting excellent value for money and the customer service have been excellent with me. Last weekend, I was in Porto for 3 days and this was my main day pack and carry on flight bag. I found that the side pockets are very useful for the loading and unloading of small items (bottle, headphones) without having to fully open the backpack. The internal pockets are small but functional and the top one has a magnetic clasp for quick access. There are also two side nets which are perfectly sized for sunglasses and toiletries. You can easily fit a small umbrella in the external pocket too. The small design of the pack really came into its own when carrying it around on long days, and it is quite light weight and has comfortable straps. The straps also have small slips for the excess strap once they have been adjusted to your size - this is a really nice feature - it stops them hanging down and getting caught in things. I do think that the overall closer on the bag needs updated - I would prefer a full zip or a full magnet strip across the top instead of the single button magnet- it can be a little tricky to close when the bag is empty. Overall a 5* backpack but one star deducted for the slight issues with the closer.

The bag is beautiful, but the small button broke within a day, and a piece of it snapped off. Since then, the bag keeps opening all the time.
