Great City Backpack with few point to improve

First time purchase for Mopak as came across online while searching for a city/cycling backpack. Decided to give it a try since its design and size are in my favor. I was impressed with the online shopping process and delivery packaging. Good points: plenty of compartments & pockets, great mid-size bag, bag main materials.
Points to improve:
- Shoulder strap angle is too wide even for me as a medium size guy.
- Not using the YKK zip and it's abit small and fragile for a cycling bag .
- The zip runner (holder) can be bigger but it works well due to its well made extension.

Great bag…

Please, don’t let my title deceive you. This bag is GREAT! My personal desire is for a bag that “fits” my large frame; therefore, this is an excellent backpack for an average sized adult.

The straps are extremely durable, zippers are well placed, internal pockets are sized for real use. It even has a small hidden pocket on the back.

If I changed anything, it would be to make it a little wider. As a plus sized woman, I think my bag should “cover” my back.

This is a true 5-star, reasonably priced backpack. Hey, I’m actually dieting so that I can feel comfortable wearing it! Had never heard of the brand but now I’m watching their website for more bags!

It's a bit smaller than my last backpack but there is a lot of pockets and I can easily place all my stuff so it's a lot more practical. And I love the color ! I had trouble find my package and the Instagram community manager was very lovely, so thank you

As advertised…mostly

Great bag. It’s a tad top heavy when my 16” MacBook Pro onboard. The tablet sleeve barely fits my 12.9” iPad Pro and there’s no way it would fit with the keyboard in place. I bought it to carry other the MacBook Pro and the iPad Pro with keyboard. Disappointed they don’t both fit. Suggest that future versions allow for the dual carry. The internal and top pockets allow me to carry the necessities and prevents me from overloading the bag and the front pouch gives easy access to items like keys and cards. Solid commuter bag.
