Quality great - just a little disappointed as it’s smaller than I imagined.

Good quality; the backpack is a little narrow. The tech pouch and the sling are very useful.

First time purchase for Mopak as came across online while searching for a city/cycling backpack. Decided to give it a try since its design and size are in my favor. I was impressed with the online shopping process and delivery packaging. Good points: plenty of compartments & pockets, great mid-size bag, bag main materials.
Points to improve:
- Shoulder strap angle is too wide even for me as a medium size guy.
- Not using the YKK zip and it's abit small and fragile for a cycling bag .
- The zip runner (holder) can be bigger but it works well due to its well made extension.

Please, don’t let my title deceive you. This bag is GREAT! My personal desire is for a bag that “fits” my large frame; therefore, this is an excellent backpack for an average sized adult.

The straps are extremely durable, zippers are well placed, internal pockets are sized for real use. It even has a small hidden pocket on the back.

If I changed anything, it would be to make it a little wider. As a plus sized woman, I think my bag should “cover” my back.

This is a true 5-star, reasonably priced backpack. Hey, I’m actually dieting so that I can feel comfortable wearing it! Had never heard of the brand but now I’m watching their website for more bags!
