In the last month I have purchased two products. Once I received the first wandering sling I immediately ordered the second. Really very nice. Now, I have written several times to customer service because although the tracking says that it has been delivered, in reality I have only received an insulated bottle (which I thought was a gift for the first purchase) but I have never received the second wandering sling. And nobody answer...
